Return Policy

Products must be returned to us within 7 days from the date of delivery. Returned items must be in original condition, with all tags attached, and include original packing material, courier receipt, invoice, and any other accompanying documentation.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and verified by our team, Aradhana OmCare will immediately initiate the refund to your source account or your selected method of refund.

Refund and Cancellation – Service-Based Transactions

As we deal with service-based operations in some segments, NO REFUND and NO CANCELLATION will be entertained once payment is made, for such services.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order under one of the following conditions:

• Within 24 hours of placing the order
  OR

• Before the order is shipped/dispatched

Once your order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests will not be entertained. However, you may still return the product as per the Return Policy.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Aradhana OmCare ships products across India.

• Orders placed will be shipped within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and National Holidays).

• For locations covered by reputed couriers, delivery is expected within 3 to 4 business days.

• In remote or less accessible areas, delivery may take up to 7–10 days, depending on courier service availability.

In rare situations involving unavoidable logistics delays, Aradhana OmCare will not be liable for extended delivery times. We request your cooperation as we work with our partners to resolve such issues promptly.

We reserve the right to cancel orders that are physically untraceable or face extended shipping delays, with a full refund processed back to your source account.
